Support staff pay and allowances in schools and colleges will typically be determined either by a collective agreement, local agreements or arrangements or a mixture. It is generally best, therefore, to refer to any relevant collective agreements and the contractual terms of support staff employed in the establishment for clarity on what terms apply.
