Trade Union Facility Time Reporting


The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 put into effect the provision in the Trade Union Act 2016 whereby certain public-sector employers are expected to report annually on use of facility time provided to trade union officials. The first deadline for publication was 31st July 2018 and annually thereafter.
